Most people who build websites have never quoted a job, chased a callback, or lost sleep over a customer's broken equipment. I have.
The Short Version
I spent over a decade in the elevator industry. Sales, service, modernization. I worked in Manhattan, Queens, across Connecticut. I drove to job sites at 6 AM, crawled through machine rooms, wrote proposals on my truck's center console.
Somewhere along the way, I started building things on the side. First it was a podcast. Then an industry resource site. Then an iOS app, and more websites after that. I realized I was spending my nights doing the thing most people in my position would hire out. And I was good at it.
Now I build websites for businesses like the ones I used to work alongside. Plumbers, electricians, contractors, property managers. I know what it's like to run on referrals and wonder if your website is actually doing anything for you. (Spoiler: it probably isn't. But it could be.)

How It Works
You tell me about your business. I go build a real website for it. Not a mockup, not a wireframe. A working site you can click through on your phone. If you like it, we move forward. If not, you've lost nothing.
One price, paid once. You own the site. If you want me to host it and keep it updated, that's a small monthly fee. But there's no lock-in. You can leave whenever you want (and take your site with you).
You're not hiring an agency with an intake form and a 3-week turnaround. It's just me. One person who knows your site inside and out. You text me, I text back.
A Few More Things
I'll put together a site for your business. No cost, no commitment. If you like it, we'll talk.
